Iron Workers Local 378

Who we are
In the early 1900's men and women came together from many different nationalities to create Unions. This is true to this day, as Union Ironworkers from Northern California have come together to build bridges, airports, ball parks, hospitals and the malls that we shop in, to name a few. We are the proud an unique element of labor that gets the job done on time and on budget.
What we do
Our work is literally from the "ground up," starting with the reinforced concrete foundations to the structural steel, which creates the skeleton of the building rising hundreds of feet into the air, the structure is enclosed by ornamental, pre-cast stone or aluminum and glass, all executed by Ironworkers. We work in any place that there is need for highly trained, highly skilled, Union Ironworkers.
