Listed below is what you need to join the 378/377 joint Apprenticeship and Training Program:

  • Original High School Diploma or GED test scores
  • State photo ID
  • Social Security Card

Come down to the Apprenticeship 3150 Bayshore Rd Benicia CA 94510 Monday thru Friday 9:00am-11:00am only and fill out an application. You will be required to do the following:

  • Summit to a drug screen/test 
  • seek a sponser, the list of companies will be given to you or you can get numbers by clicking on the signatory contractors tab

Greetings Brother and Sister Ironworkers. The Spring 2011 scehdule is complete. Most apprentices have already received their books. Al apprentices will soon be receiving a letter with the dates of their upcoming classes. Those apprentices who have not picked up their books should do so immediately. books can be picked up Monday through Saturday morning. all classes are in benicia and begin at 6:30am unless noted otherwise. All classes require participants to be in work clothes. Please be prompt and prepared. Completion of the 40 hour Rigging course and the 40 hour Structural ii/Cranes course is required in order to receive the Qualified Rigger/Signal person card. If a person has completed the apprenticeship program then these requirements have been met. For the qualified Rigger course the materials needed are pencil, notepad and calculator. Please be prompt and prepared.

Sign-ups for all classes will be taken at the apprenticeship office only. If you would like to be enrolled in a class, please call ahead of time and get on the list. Space is limited so call as soon as possible. The number for the apprenticeship office is 707-746-7666.
